The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. Buyer has

3 business days from the delivery/pick up date to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian, at Buyer’s sole cost. If the Dog fails the examination, Buyer may return the Dog, with a written statement from the veterinarian. We do not give refunds, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value if necessary.

Failure by Buyer to have the Dog examined within the 3 business day period will nullify this contract.

If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be offered or given and all medical costs and treatment are sole responsibility of the Buyer. This health guarantee will be null and void.

Please understand that this refers only to life- threatening conditions. DixieLandPups must be notified immediately of any life threatening condition of the purchased puppy. If you choose to euthanize the purchased puppy prior to contact with DixieLandPups this guarantee is void. If necessary the said puppy will have a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian at the buyers expense. DixieLandPups has the right to access all Medical information.

Examples of conditions not covered by health guarantee.

● Hypoglycemia- dehydration- diarrhea

● Parasitic infection - skin infections

● Deaf - blindness

● Hip dysplasia- hernias

● Liver shunts

● We do not guarantee the size, color or breeding capability

The provisions of the guarantee shall be interpreted and constructed in accordance with laws and statues of the state of Louisiana. We do not give refunds, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value if necessary. This contract is non- transferrable.

Deposits are required to hold the pup of your choice.

Deposits are not transferable.

Deposits are non-refundable.
